Recording Studio Design Plans

Recording Studio Design Plans

A typical Miloco Builds project begins with a site visit by our expert team of studio designers, to start assessing your recording studio design plans. We can discuss the client’s individual requirements and ascertain that the site is suitable. At this stage we also ask the client to consider any recording studio furniture, acoustic panels, and audio installations that might be needed, so that all relevant preparations are made.

We can also deal with air conditioning, fire and security alarm systems, the scheduling of annual services to maintain such systems, and any number of other important considerations to be made when building a recording studio. These may include liaising with planning offices with respect to large or external builds, or consulting structural engineers when necessary.

Once an approximate budget has been agreed we would then normally ask for a deposit before drawing up detailed plans for the recording studio design, including all acoustic analysis and treatment, colours and finishes, as well as a detailed budget and building schedule. A further meeting with the client would normally iron out any revisions before studio construction starts
