We firmly believe that a recording studio is only as good as the producer or engineer working in it, and so have always dedicatedly represented some of the best talent in the industry – from the stars of tomorrow to the stars of now. Miloco operate two producer/engineer rosters: Gotham Producer & Engineer Management, a boutique management company focusing on a select group of producers and engineers with expertise across many different genres and who work on some of the biggest projects out there; and the Miloco In-house Engineer Roster, featuring a group of exciting new talent, most of whom have learned their trade in Miloco’s various studios.

It is a demand of today’s recording industry that producers, engineers, writers and musicians have their own private long-term let recording studios, so we continue to develop a good range of complexes that contain such rooms. Our long-term let recording studio buildings are based in various locations around London, and have proven hugely popular due to their creative atmospheres, good locations, and of course their affordable rates. The rooms are all dry-hire – we provide the space and you fill it with gear. They all have 24 hour access, alarm systems and shared recreation facilities.

The Miloco Repairs service is here to make the frustrating task of fixing your faulty gear as fast and hassle-free as possible. Using our own in-house technical experts who work in fully-equipped workshops, as well as a wider network of specialist engineers with an encyclopedic knowledge of specific categories of equipment (microphones, synths and so on), we can confidently repair your gear to a ‘good-as-new’ standard every time.
